Sugar scrubs are amazing for your skin. They are fab for exfoliation and deeply hydrating but at prices ranging from £15-£50 it may be easier to make your own and save some pennies! They are so simple to make there is no excuse.
This scrub can be used for the body and I keep mine for use in the bath and shower (do not use on your face as the sugar granules are too abrasive)
Basic sugar scrub recipe
1 cup of brown, fair trade cane sugar
1/2 a cup of organic coconut oil
1/2 a cup of almond oil
If you want to add scent:
6 drops of Lemon essential oil
6 drops of Rosemary essential oil
