Ingredients: A bag of fairtrade sugar, lavender essential oil and almond oil.
Blend 8 drops of lavender oil into 4 table spoons of almond oil and mix into a couple of cups of sugar. It should be quite a loose and oily consistency pop into a jar and use a handful each time you shower. If you have ever used The Sanctuary Salt Scrub it is very similar to this but the cheap and cheerful version. It makes a great exfoliator and smells heavenly!
